2012 Budget

This year’s Budget will take place on Wednesday 21 March.

Disguised pay

HMRC have published frequently asked questions on employment income provided through third parties and National Insurance contributions.

CTD interest

A new self-serve interest calculator is available to work out the estimated interest accrued on certificates of tax deposit (CTD) held, before submitting them for encashment.

Total People appeal

The Upper Tribunal has granted permission for Grant Thornton UK LLP to go to the Court of Appeal on behalf of Total People Ltd.
