HL judgment 25 July

Arctic Systems

The House of Lords will give its judgment in Jones v Garnett on 25 July. The case was heard on 5 and 6 June; see the report in Taxation, 14 June 2007, page 665. Taxation will post its initial reaction to the judgment on 25 July, with a report to follow in the 2 August edition of the magazine.
