Chancellor will make speech on 22 June

The second Budget of the year - the so-called emergency Budget of the Conservative election manifesto - will be delivered to parliament by Chancellor George Osborne on Tuesday 22 June.

A number of tax changes, including an increase in VAT, are widely expected to be announced.
