Tuesday 7 September

The next meeting of the ICAEW Tax Faculty’s Nottingham Tax Club is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 7 September, starting at 6.15pm in the first floor study at The Castle, 1 Castle Road.

Pete Miller, partner at Powrie Appleby LLP, will talk about the latest corporate tax changes, focusing on the proposed capital gains changes, the minor changes (for companies) to the transactions in securities rules, the proposals for associated companies and the small companies rate, and the proposals for distributions.

Attendance is free and open to all young professionals (aged 35 and under) interested in tax whatever their background. Free drink and nibbles will be available.
