I'm not be a qualified tax advisor. (I'm a journalist.)
And I'm studying for ATT exams with hesitancy.
Heck! I'm not even good at mental arithmetic.
But I reckon I could've calculated Matt Matharu's tax bill with greater accuracy than HMRC did.
Call me arrogant, if you must.
