Employer CD-ROM 2010

So HMRC are no longer sending out employer CDs; has anyone at HMRC tried using their update system? First, it is stuck in the dark ages. You have to go to their web page, download a zip file, unzip it and run it. Then, when you run the updated program, it converts the existing data.

Then, when you try to run the updated program, it tells you that the conversion process has corrupted your data so that it is no longer accessible. Nice.

I am going back to paper forms.
