Gift aid transitional relief will not be extended beyond 5 April 2011, said Justine Greening in a written reply in the House of Commons.

This is in line with budget note 52 from the 2008 Budget in which the then Chancellor said transitional relief would be available for the years 2008/09 to 2010/11.
