Update for money laundering regulations admin
New versions of money laundering regulations forms MLR 100, MLR 101 and MLR RCT1 are available on HMRC’s website, with MLR 102 merged with MLR 100.
The new forms will be available only from the Revenue's website, and the department will no longer send copies to businesses.
They can be downloaded and completed on screen. Help buttons are included next to some questions to provide guidance.
When complete, the forms should be printed, signed and dated before being sent to the taxman.
