The first thing to note about this book is the breadth of its subject matter. The text is relevant for practitioners advising individuals wherever or not they are domiciled so one is immediately expecting a large volume of work and indeed it meets expectation at close to 1 200 pages.

Thankfully the publication is contained in one volume instead of across two or three. The size of the print is fine and does not give the impression that the content has been crammed in.

I liked the main section headings such as capital taxes trusts and investments. The chapters within are thought out clearly the layout is easy to follow and the paragraph reference numbers are well marked.

The technical content is excellent and full of useful practical examples in areas that a practitioner would want them to appear such as...
