Who pays tax and who avoids paying tax “has become a major issue of public debate and public concern” said Margaret Hodge MP at the Public Accounts Committee conference on the impact of globalisation on taxation.

The aim of the event held at the Guildhall London on 30 October was to continue and broaden the debate on taxation.
