CT changes

HMRC have published CT600 Budget Insert (2015), giving an overview of the main Budget changes affecting corporation tax.

Personal tax

Details of the changes to personal tax, effective from 6 April, are listed on GOV.UK.

Updated guides

HMRC are updating their self-assessment helpsheets to show the rates, allowances and duties for 2015/16.

Double tax

The list of overseas corporate lenders who are recognised passport holders for the double taxation treaty scheme has been updated.

PAYE

HMRC have announced that employers can order forms P45 and P60 from the Revenue if they cannot produce them using their payroll software.

Venture capital

Draft legislation and explanatory notes amending the rules for venture capital schemes, as announced in the 2015 Budget, have been published. Comments should be emailed by 15 May.

Child trust funds

A list of authorised child trust fund providers is on HMRC’s website.
