First-tier Tribunal

As a result of the centralisation of all First-tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber) administrative processes into one office in January 2015, there is only one email address for users: taxappeals@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. All other addresses have been closed.

P9D

The 2015/16 version of the end-of-year expenses and benefits form (P9D) is now available.

HMRC’s help on sending an earlier year update for users of basic PAYE tools has been updated to reflect changes to current guidance and information for the new tax year.

LBTT

Revenue Scotland has made the online land and buildings transaction tax (LBTT) form available for users who have signed up to make LBTT returns from the Revenue Scotland portal.

Pensions

HMRC’s pension schemes newsletter 68 is available.

BEPS

The OECD has published a discussion draft on action 3 of the BEPS Action Plan. This focuses on developing recommendations for the design of controlled foreign company rules to combat base erosion and profit shifting. Comments should be emailed by 1 May.
