HMRC request to refile returns.
Due to a technical problem at HMRC, data from some employers’ share scheme returns has been incorrectly captured.
HMRC will be writing letters to the companies affected asking them to refile their returns for 2014/15. These should be refiled before 1 January 2016.
Companies that do not receive a letter from HMRC need not take any action.
