Key Haven Publications plc is holding a conference, 'Trustee Problems and Their Solutions', on 8 May 2001 at The Great Congress Centre, Great Russell Street, London WC1. Robert Venables QC is to chair the event, and will also speak on shams and mistakes. The other speakers are Mark Herbert QC who will discuss trustee relieving and indemnity clauses, James Kessler who will talk about the effect of the Trustee Act 2000, Daniel Hochberg will cover foreign taxes and tax indemnities, Tony Oakley on liability as a constructive trustee, Raymond Ashton on money laundering, and Amanda Hardy who will discuss trust litigation.
The attendance fee is £445 plus VAT.
The eighth edition of Non-Resident Trusts by Robert Venables QC has recently been published by Key Haven Publications. This book costs £195.
