The other speakers are Mark Herbert QC who will discuss trustee relieving and indemnity clauses, James Kessler who will talk about the effect of the Trustee Act 2000, Daniel Hochberg will cover foreign taxes and tax indemnities, Tony Oakley on liability as a constructive trustee, Raymond Ashton on money laundering, and Amanda Hardy who will discuss trust litigation.
The attendance fee is £445 plus VAT.
