He will work with high profile clients in the public and private sectors, and be responsible for various other areas including pay-as-you-earn, National Insurance, Department of Social Security and Inland Revenue investigations, and expatriate planning and compliance.
David is well known as an expert on National Insurance and pay-as-you-earn matters, and is a member of the technical sub-committees of The Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales' Tax Faculty.
