The Chartered Institute of Taxation's Spring Residential Conference takes place on 21 to 23 March at Queens' College, Cambridge. The following sessions will be held: disposal planning for individuals by Malcolm Edge, inheritance tax and main residence by Gill Tallon, incorporation by Peter Vaines, tax-efficient disincorporations by Chris Jones, group tax planning by John Preston, stamp duty by Philip Ridgway, VAT planning by Roderick Cordara QC, 2003 Budget by Gerry Hart, and residence and domicile by Jonathan Peacock QC.
