Tax avoidance: new judicial decisions and the disclosure rules will be on 8 February, with Robert Venables QC speaking on the Halifax doctrine and abuse of rights; Richard Bramwell QC discussing the disclosure rules; and Timothy Lyons QC talking on Ramsay after recent cases.
