now has a sister magazine — Taxation 2, which was launched today. It's our younger sibling, with a very different dress sense and a bit of an attitude… Aimed particularly at those within their first ten years of qualification, it looks at everything to do with your career in tax — helping you to make the right decisions about your future.

It includes an article on the Taxation salary review included in the magazine in December. There were prizes of four mini-Ipods drawn at random from the participants — congratulations to Geoff Diver, Jim Kerr, B M Honeywell and Moore McCusker.

And of course Taxation 2 includes an unrivalled selection of recruitment advertisements, so if you decide from the salary survey that you are underpaid, you will be able to start looking at the opportunities available to you immediately!

Published fortnightly, Taxation 2 is free but you do need to register to receive it — it will not come to you automatically. A registration card is included in the magazine, or you can visit our website ...

The website is also relaunched today, with a completely new look, faster searches, and all the content from Taxation 2, free to view. It still has all the content from Taxation as well, most of it only available to subscribers, but we are making the Comment article available each week to give users a taster of the magazine for free. You can also sign up for a free trial to taxation.co.uk online.

Together, the two magazines and the website will provide you with everything that you need to know in tax — both technically, and in your career.
