Well this is what springs to mind when I think of psychometric testing (PT). Thankfully recruiters using PT aren't generally looking to sort out the replicants from the genuine tax specialists. Nor do that many interviews end with the candidate blowing the interviewer's brains out.  Although PTs do raise a few eyebrows they are less about “how's your father” and more about matching individuals to roles.
