The Tony Arnold Library is the library of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians. It is open to members and students of both organisations, but also takes enquiries from non-members via email phone and fax. It is managed by LexisNexis Butterworths and offers:

- a document delivery service (£5 of photocopying free for CIOT/ATT members or students per enquiry)
- a reference library (with wide-ranging current and historic collections)
- a user PC with online databases, CDROMs and Internet access (including TaxHub, Tax Treaties Database from IBFD and LexisNexis Butterworths)

- photocopiers
- a multimedia collection of taxation cassettes and videos (to be used on-site)
The CIOT Library is part of the law collection of King's College London at the Maughan Library in Chancery Lane (the old Public Records Office). Library users are also welcome to use material from the college's own extensive collections.
Location
CIOT/ATT members visiting the Library need a library card, obtainable by contacting CIOT membership dept. on 020 7235 9381 or scrowder@ciot.org.uk.
The Maughan Library is in Chancery Lane, London, opposite the Law Society.
The Maughan Library is open from 08.30 to 22.00 on weekdays, 09.30-17.30 on Saturday, and 11.00-19.00 on Sundays, except during university vacations (Easter, August and Christmas) when restricted hours apply. The CIOT Librarian is available during Monday-Friday, 9.30-5.30.
