The Tony Arnold Library is the library of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians. The CIOT Library is part of the law collection of King's College London at the Maughan Library in Chancery Lane (the old Public Records Office). Library users are also welcome to use material from the college's own extensive collections.

The Maughan Library is in Chancery Lane, London, opposite the Law Society.
The Maughan Library is open from 08.30 to 22.00 on weekdays, 09.30-17.30 on Saturday, and 11.00-19.00 on Sundays, except during university vacations (Easter, August and Christmas) when restricted hours apply. The CIOT Librarian is available during Monday-Friday, 9.30-5.30.
