Though many may not have noticed, Taxation still carries volume numbers which change every six months — we recently started volume 158. The choice of April and October as the date the volumes change seems to be based solely on the fact that our first issue ever was dated 1 October 1927. However, most people keep their copies of the magazine on a calendar year basis, so it seems more logical to have volumes ending in June and December. Volume 158 will therefore finish at the end of December, and volume 159 will start with our first issue of January 2007.
For those who want to keep their copies of the magazine permanently (and to treat them with the respect they deserve!) we can still arrange for your copies to be bound into attractive hardback volumes.
