Change of processing address
Claims cases
Practitioners should note that repayment claims cases that were previously processed at the St Austell, Glenrothes, Belfast and Bootle offices are now being dealt with by Leicester and Northants (Claims) Office (Saxon House, 1 Causeway Lane, Leicester, LE1 4AA). The repayment claim forms (R40) will continue to show the old claims office details, but will show the Leicester and Northants Area (Claims) office as the return address.
Where information has already been returned to the old Claims office, this will automatically be forwarded to Leicester and Northants Area (Claims) for processing.
