HMRC offering accountants chance to learn about online svcs

HMRC are offering accountants the chance to learn about online services, and to have their say, at a series of free workshops around the UK. A schedule of the events taking place in August is on the internet at www.hmrc.gov.uk/carter/roadshows.htm.
The workshops follow a review of HMRC's online services which recommended the department should work with customers to enhance these services and increase usage. The workshops are designed to support agents in understanding changes to online services, and to gather comments and discuss any concerns from agents who will use them.
