2007-08 personal, partnership and trust and estates tax returns on HMRC website
Draft tax returns
HMRC have published draft versions of the 2007-08 personal, partnership and trust and estates tax returns on their website at www.hmrc.gov.uk/sa_drafts/pdf-2007-08.htm. These drafts are to help software developers to create their products and HMRC emphasise that the forms have no legal status and are not finalised versions of the returns. 'On no account should individuals use this material, either before or after 6 April, to file their own, Partnership or Trust Tax Returns for 2007-08. Returns will be issued from 6 April 2008 in the normal way.'
