Draft clauses and explanatory notes on different aspects of corporation tax have been published for public consultation as follow:

  • loss relief;
  • community investment tax relief;
  • company reconstructions without change in ownership;
  • charitable companies.

Comments on the draft clauses are invited by 8 February 2008.
