The 'Lennartz Accounting' regulations, referred to in the 2007 Budget, came into force on 1 November, having been delayed from 1 September 2007.
HMRC have produced detailed guidance, VAT information Sheet 14/07, including worked examples, to accompany these regulations. This replaces Business Brief 15/05, which has now been withdrawn.
