MIKE TRUMAN offers you a chance to have your say — if you act straight away

The major institutes and professional bodies will all respond to the income shifting consultation and many of you who are members may well feel that that is part of the reason why you pay your subscription.

They respond on behalf of members and therefore you don't have to.

However those who are not members of such bodies and also those who are but who are sufficiently incensed at the implications of the new provisions may feel that they want to have a more direct input to the consultation process but (rightly or wrongly) feel that their voice will not be listened to.

So that is where we come in.

Taxation will be sending in a submission on behalf of its readers.

We are gathering together all the comments that you want to send us grouped under the headings of the consultation document's questions ...
