HMRC have amended FAQs relating to CGT reform and clearance

HMRC have slightly amended their frequently asked question relating to capital gains tax reform and clearance, i.e. 'What will HMRC consider reasonable rearranging of affairs where a clearance has been given under ITA 2007, s 701 (or TA 1988, s 707)?'.
