The Chartered Institute of Taxation is offering an insight into proposed new powers for HMRC via a short online film.
The 14-minute, two-part streamed video on the CIOT's website features a discussion between two prominent members of the organisation: PricewaterhouseCoopers tax partner John Whiting, and John Cullinane of Deloitte & Touche's financial services tax practice.
The launch of this digital offering follows Taxation's successful breakfast briefing covering the taxman's soon-to-be-increased authority.
Taxation.co.uk users can now download the four PowerPoint presentations from the event, which was held in association with solicitors Berwin Leighton Paisner and covered Revenue information powers, discovery assessments and the new approach to compliance checks.
