Parliamentary response to written question on share ownership
In response to a written question, Kitty Ussher confirmed that when a homebuyer in a shared ownership arrangement purchases the final 20% of a property having already bought 80% free of stamp duty land tax, he will have to pay the tax on the final 20% only.
