Draft guidance on transfers of unused nrbs published

Draft guidance on transfers of unused nil rate bands has been published by HMRC. This guidance will be incorporated into the Inheritance Tax Manual in due course. Any comments on this draft guidance should be sent to Tony Key, via the website, by 31 August 2008.
