- Final day of existing first-year allowances for businesses subject to corporation tax.
- Final date for reclaim of tax paid by a close company on a loan to a participator under TA 1988 s 419 if the loan was repaid during the year ended 31 March 2003.
- Companies House should have received accounts of private companies with 31 May 2008 year end.
