Drafts of three clauses
HMRC have published draft guidance on the likely implementation of the following aspects of the Finance Bill:
- clause 96 and Sch 49, ‘Information powers: contact details for debtors’,
- clause 110, ‘Managed payment plans’, and
- clause 109 and Sch 58, ‘Recovery of debts under PAYE regulations’. Draft regulations and schedule are available.
