Draft clause on double tax relief by way of credit

A draft clause for inclusion in Chapter 2 of part 2 of Bill 7 (double taxation relief by way of credit), explanatory notes and a change note have been published for public consultation.

Comments on the draft clause are invited by 11 December 2009.
