New regulations laid before Parliament
The Distributions (Excluded Companies) Regulations 2009, which amend the meaning of 'qualifying territory' for the purposes of the small company distribution exemption (CTA 2009, s 931C), have been laid before Parliament.
The draft regulations (which are similar to the draft previously published) are available online.
