231,000 arrangements

At 15 November 2009, HMRC’s Business Payment Support Service had agreed more than 231,000 Time to Pay arrangements with firms, to spread tax payments of £4.07 billion, said Stephen Timms in response to a written Parliamentary question.

He added that 90% of the value of arrangements is being paid in line with agreed instalments.
