Regulation reduces maximum credit a site operator may claim
The Landfill Tax (Amendment) Regulations SI 2010 No 924 have been published.
Regulation 2 amends regulation 31(3) of the principal regulations and reduces the maximum credit that a landfill site operator may claim against annual landfill tax liability, in respect of qualifying contributions made, from 6% to 5.5%.
