HMRC holds service events
From April 2010, all businesses with an annual turnover of £100,000 or more must submit their VAT returns online and pay any VAT due electronically.
Firms registering for VAT on or after that date will also have to submit returns online and pay electronically.
Businesses and their advisers can find out more about these changes by attending one of HMRC’s VAT Online service events, which are being held at across the UK and are free of charge.
