Case challenging St Dunstan’s decision was recently heard

I refer to the Reader’s Forum question Double donor and the published answers.

You will be interested to know that a case challenging the Special Commissioners’ decision in St Dunstan’s v Major [1997] STC 212 was recently heard by the First-tier Tribunal.

A decision in the case is awaited.
