Issue 20 of Agent Update, HMRC’s bi-monthly round-up of news for advisers, has been published.
It includes details of how the Revenue will be affected by the comprehensive spending review, a link to a list of the department bank accounts, and a reminder that electronic payments made the day before payment is due will not be received on time because the taxman cannot accept payments using the faster payments service.
