Statutory residence test
Taxation's editor, Mike Truman, discusses at some length the consultation on a statutory residence test, which was launched at the end of last week.
While it is good news - long but clearer cut than any previous set of rules - there are areas that remain unclear, particularly in the case of airline pilots.
