706 ‘partial exemption’
Notice 706 ‘partial exemption’ has been updated. It includes changes introduced to the partial exemption rules between 2009 and 2011:
- simplification options for standard method users from April 2009;
- changes to the de minimis rules effective from April 2010; and
- the opportunity to include non-business use within special methods from January 2011,` known as a combined method.
