Embargo until full analysis of lodgements received?
We are trying to obtain a substantial repayment of construction industry scheme (CIS) deductions for a limited company and have just been told by HMRC’s complaints team in Shipley that Revenue management has instituted an embargo on all CIS repayments until they receive a full analysis of lodgements and agree the full amounts for the year.
Is this something that other readers have come across?
