Effective from 21 November
Changes to the disclosure rules announced in FA 2008 provided HMRC with the power to give notice of the withdrawal of a scheme reference number (SRN) issued under FA 2004, s 311.
From 21 November, the following SRNs have been withdrawn:
- 09129569
- 19882922
- 32228250
- 32433920
- 51961836
- 53552953
Clients and parties who have received these numbers no longer have a duty to notify the SRN to HMRC on their tax returns or on form AAG4 from that date.
