Climate change levy
HMRC have launched an informal consultation on the transitional period after withdrawal of the climate change levy exemption for renewable source energy. The aim is to establish an appropriate end date for the transitional period. HMRC are interested in the views of electricity utilities and invite them and other interested parties to complete the questionnaire in the document (www.lexisurl.com/cclrse) and email it to viki.moore@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk by 31 October 2015.
