The Finance Bill will be published on 24 March.


No Class 1A NI

Employers that do not submit P11D forms can tell HMRC that they do not owe Class 1A National Insurance by using the online service or emailing the form.



The Finance Bill must establish the independence of the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) said Andrew Tyrie chairman of the Treasury committee in a letter to the chancellor. Although the OTS has some say in what it examines the MP said the ‘Treasury has too much control over this at the moment. The OTS needs the statutory framework to do a proper job’.
