Tips for setting up a tax practice

Hubbard: Congratulations on your award. Let’s start by talking about your practice. Where is Churchill Taxation based what sort of work does it do and how big is it?

Churchill: Our main office is in Dudley in the West Midlands although we have access to Regus offices around the country if needed. I decided to use Regus when I started the business and it has worked well because we have clients all over the place as is usual in our industry. We have six employees and one consultant who works remotely. There are no immediate plans to take on more staff but I expect we will be recruiting again in the next six to 12 months.
