A Consultation on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax - Property Investment Funds.
The Scottish government has launched a consultation on land and buildings transaction tax (LBTT). The aim is to gather views from the property sector, including managers of and investors in property authorised investment funds, and co-ownership authorised contractual schemes, on the introduction of a seeding relief from the LBTT for the transfer of properties into such schemes.
