HMRC has launched a call for evidence on how it can improve the UK’s customs system by simplifying processes for traders and embracing innovation. In particular, it is asking for views on:
- the customs intermediary sector;
- the simplified customs declaration process; and
- the transit facilitation.
Responses should be emailed to customscallforevidence@hmrc.gov.uk by 2 March.
