Lydia Hutchinson is a senior associate solicitor in the corporate tax team at Birketts LLP. She advises on all aspects of corporate tax law, covering both direct and indirect taxation, but has a particular interest in demergers and other restructurings. The Birketts tax team was shortlisted for the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2026, Best Tax Practice in a Regional Firm.
